Privacy
Alvea is a product, not a data business. Here is exactly what happens to what you type — in plain words, without the legal fog.
- When you send a pilot application, we receive only what you put in the form: the kind of group you run, a short description of its goal, the size range you pick, your Telegram handle, and the language you are reading this in. Nothing more.
- If you arrived through someone's referral link, we store that referral code so we can move your inviter up the queue. That is the only thing it is used for.
- Along with your application we store an irreversible, salted fingerprint of your connection — to limit how often applications can be sent and to guard against abuse. Your real IP address is never stored, and the fingerprint cannot be turned back into it.
- Applying does not create an account. We never ask for a password, an email address, a phone number, or any payment detail.
- We do not read your community's messages or member data until you explicitly add Alvea to your group and switch it on. An application is just a conversation with us — nothing about your group is connected yet.
- If you tap /start in @alvea_bot, Telegram passes the bot your chat id and handle so it can message you back about your place in the queue. That is the only reason we keep it.
- Applications are stored on our secure server.
- Each community's data is strictly isolated from every other. All data in transit is encrypted.
- We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to third parties for their own purposes.
- This site does not track you: no analytics, no cookies, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers. The only thing this page remembers is your language choice, kept locally in your own browser.
- Want your application removed? Message @alvea_bot and ask — we will delete it.
